Shani heads the company's legal and business affairs. She joined the Armoza team in December 2015.
Prior to joining Armoza, Shani was an associate attorney in the corporate and commercial department of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co. Advocates, where she also performed her legal internship.
Shani is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from Bar-Ilan University. As part of her legal education, Shani was a summer intern at the Supreme Court in Brooklyn, New York.
