Before joining Armoza Formats, Lara worked as a journalist, editor and host at various international media outlets such as i24News and ILTV, where she later became Editor-in-Chief and Head of Content Development.
Lara gained vast experience in production, casting, content editing and format development working for many of the major channels in Israel including Reshet, KAN, and channel 10.
Lara has a Bachelor's degree in foreign relations from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master's degree in communication and journalism from Tel Aviv University. She is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
